Chong Da Kuen (Smashing Boxing (Colliding Strike Boxing))
This is a rarely seen form of the Hung Gar style. It is intermediate between the fairly simple Bridge Work and the complex Tiger/Crane.
Beautifully laid out, with few kicks, many angle changes, strong bridgework and some fast hand combinations.

Hung Gar Iron Wire Internal Training Set (Tid Sin Kuen)
It is partly health-oriented, partly developing the iron vest.

Lohan Kuen
Those familiar with arts like Karate and Kenpo will like this series.
It shows the structure and movement of strong, fluid F ukien Southern Style motions. No doubt exists that F ukien Area was one of the
major Inspirations for the Creation of what we now called "Karate."
This branch of Southern Shaolin is known as Luo Han (LoHan)
which signifies a disciple of Buddha. Luo Han is also a code word.
It almost always refers to strong, direct techniques which might be described as the beginning of Shaolin as a specific style.
Luo Han is something like "proto-Shaolin."
This holds true of this brisk, strong and no-nonsense style

Mok Gar
The Mok Gar (Mok Family) style is said to have originated with Monk Mo Ta Shih as an inheritance of the Southern Shaolin Fist.
It gained fame three generations later, in the Qing Dynasty, with Mo Qing Chiu (also known as Mo Ta Chang) who learned supposedly
from a famous kicker, Choy Kao Yi. Different generations boasted masters such as Mo Lin Ying, Mo Fifth Brother and Mo Ta Fen.
The famous Wong Fei Hung's wife was one Mok Kuei Lin, a member of the Mok clan who had been studying since childhood.
Cantonese papers recorded her fight with a would be rapist and the kick that sent him sprawling.

Pak Mei (White Eyebrow)
White Eyebrow is a Kung Fu system created by a Taoist monk of the same name. "White Eyebrow" is an honorific for someone who is sagely
and can also refer to a white headband. It is one of the major Southern Short Arm systems which includes Wing Chun, Southern Praying Mantis
and White Eyebrow. All three of these have versions of Sticky Hands and specialize in tight combat techniques.
Pak Mei is an interesting and compact style. It is both an external and internal art where Chi Kung is martial and Martial Arts refine Chi.
Pak Mei motions are aggressive, fast and very efficient. The snappy, explosive quality of their force is intimately linked to the relaxation
of the muscle and the correctness of their postures. A middle-to-short range system Pak Mei is distinguished by its footwork and the unique
"hunting steps." The Phoenix Eye Fist is particularly emphasized along with whipping hands resembling FuJian White Crane Boxing. Steps are
small and circular with great rooting. It also uses the concept of, Subduing Two Hands with One. If you see Pak Mei you witness a
dynamic style where whipping, cutting and poking motions mix in a subtle and aggressive manner. It's basic four word formula is:
Swallowing (Ton), Spitting (Tow), Float (Fau) and Sink (Chum).
Essentials
This tape shows Warm Ups, Stepping, Punching and Kicking Techniques.
Note: The Quality is that of a homemade VHS-Tape.
